The incorporation of these technologies will result in energy efficient Chapelwood homes that minimize environmental impact while maximizing health, home comfort, and an improved quality of life. Furthermore, utilizing these technologies will result in Chapelwood homes appreciating beyond standard homes.

The green building techniques utilized at Chapelwood will meet or exceed the Model Green Home Building Guidelines developed by the National Association of Home Builders. Likewise, the utilization of Energy Star products and building techniques at Chapelwood will meet or exceed the strict energy efficiency guidelines set by the EPA and the US Department of Energy. Multiple third-party inspections will take place to ensure that Chapelwood homes meet these guidelines.
