Our model home The Cameron has been by far the most popular home. It’s debatable for now whether there will be an additional floor plan. Stay tuned, time will tell.

Hagood Homes is currently working on a fourth floor plan, similar in size to the Franklin which is 1,820 sq. ft. The new floor plan will be a combination of two award winning homes that Hagood builds in Wilmington.

We are starting to think about making our lives easier and the idea of a 55+ active adult comm. is interesting. What are the property taxes on homes in this development?? What are the current HOA fees? Any other costs fees I’m not thinking about? Please let me know all the costs involved! Thank you.

The HOA dues for CW are $175/month and includes all yard work. In addition, the $175 includes usage of pool, tennis cts., walking trails, childrens playground, and open space for rec activities. They are w/in walking distance of the model home and are located in Downing Creek. DC is directly across the Street from CW. The tax rate is $1.25/$100 assessed value. Durham city and county taxes, Chapel HIll mailing address. The assessments for CW have not been done, scheduled/the city for June of this year. No other fees to think about. Take some time to visit the community and will be happy to show you the three floor plans and the ammenities in DC. Just released some georgous home sites in phase II.
