http://www.metronc.com/article/?id=1940 Chapelwood continues to see positive movement in an otherwise stagnant market. Hagood is starting it’s FIRST two houses in Phase II which was just recorded in January 2010. Two additional houses have been applied for permits. All four homes will close by June 30th so the Buyers can take advantage of the $6,500 home buyer tax credit. Hagood has also put in place financing through their lender for Buyers to do a Construction to Perm financing. This will enable QUALIFIED Buyers to take advantage of the tax credit.
